Delivery process and costs
Once we receive your order, we take 1 business day (excluding Fridays and Saturdays and official holidays) to process your order in case you want to modify or cancel your order. The courier delivers your order up to 2-5 working days depending on your area (Exceptions sometimes occur outside of our control but we will always be on top of it to fast track your delivery).
** IN CASE YOU WANT TO MODIFY YOUR ORDER, you can modify it after one day ONLY through our social media, email or by phone.

Alexandria: 65 LE
Canal Governorates: 65 LE
Delta Governorates : 65 LE
Upper Egypt Governorates: 75 LE
All other Regions: 150 LE
التوصيل والشحن
بمجرد استلامنا لطلبك، نحتاج يوم عمل واحد (باستثناء الجمعة والسبت والعطلات الرسمية) لمعالجة طلبك في حال كنت ترغب في تعديل أو إلغاء طلبك.
** في حالة رغبتك في تعديل طلبك، يمكنك تعديله بعد يوم واحد فقط عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف.

يقوم مندوب التوصيل بتوصيل طلبك خلال 5 أيام عمل حسب منطقتك.(تحدث الاستثناءات أحيانًا خارج نطاق سيطرتنا ولكننا سنكون دائمًا على رأسها لتتبع تسليمك بسرعة)
في حالة الرجوع مع مندوب التوصيل، سيتوجب عليك دفع قيمة التوصيل

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Hushy Wear will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 14 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.
- Return & Exchange shipping fee is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Hushy wear part. Return & Exchanges costs 60 EGP for Great Cairo and Alexandria, 65 EGP for Delta, Canal, and Upper Egypt, 90 EGP for all other areas.
- Please reach out to our team on our instagram to contact them for requesting a return or exchange
- Once the return/exchange request is received, a member from the hushywear.com team will process the request after collecting more information about the order return/exchange.
- We will send a courier to pickup the order, please make sure the items are packed and in the same packaging as received
- Once we receive the return package we take 1-2 business days to review the items and issue the refund to your bank account or instapay account
