Hushy Wear will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.

- Return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on hushy wear part.

- Please submit your return & exchange request via using this form RETURNS. For Exchange use EXCHANGE form request

- Once the return request is received, a member from the hushywear.com team will process the request after collecting more information about the order return.

- Cash on delivery orders return and refund takes upto 7 days, this is due to the fact we will submit a request to courier to collect the item and return the amount.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hushywear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
